After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. All I needed was to fill in 5 W2 2024 forms for church staff, and pdfiller was easy to use. Since I won't be needing it for anything else, I don't want the charge on my card. I will remember pdfiller should a future need arise.

How do I open a PDF fillable form?
Open your PDF Complete application. Click the Windows Start button, then PDF Complete. Open a fillable PDF form. Click in an input field, and type in a value. Press Tab (on your keyboard) to accept the input. Click the Save icon from the menu bar to save your work.
How do you convert a PDF to a fillable form?
Step 1: Load the PDF File. Open your pre-existing PDF form in PDF element, or you can choose to open an existing form template. Step 2: Recognize Form Fields Automatically. Step 3: Fill and Save the Form.
Why isn't my PDF fillable?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. How do you fill and sign a PDF?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Why is fill and sign greyed out?
2. Edit→Protection→Properties shows that filling of form fields and signing is allowed. 4. However, even after all this, all fields under the “Work with certificates” option in the Fill and Sign sidebar is grayed out.
