I'm so glad that I found with service. It makes getting paperwork completed without leaving the office. I signed up to use if for free. You only get a couple of free times to use the service. Then you have to pay for your account. I paid for it mainly because I can use it anytime I want to. No Stress of whether or not it's going to work or be correct. It Always Is Both.

It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh

I like how easy it is to navigate the site.

I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Fast loading program works great for someone that has to complete a lot of pdf forms and don't want to have to handwrite the forms and mail them in.

The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.
