I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

A conditional mail merge combines a set of simple merge documents with one data file; one or more conditional statements route each record in your data file to the appropriate merge letter. Select File, New from the menu bar. Select Blank and click OK. Select Tools, Mail Merge from the menu bar.
