I have nothing I really disliked, I had no problems downloading the document, filling in the required fields and electronically signing them.

Locating forms is a little…
Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.

I had a problem when the free account rolled automatically to premium. But the account was cancelled and my $96 was repaid without any argument from PDFfiller and back in my account in minutes!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Thank you **** and ***** for your unbelievable attention to detail and rapid results.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.

I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/
