I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

Click or tap where you want the merge field. Choose the down-arrow under Insert Merge Field, and select a field. If you don't see your field name in the list, choose Insert Merge Field.
Start Word 2013. Select the “Mailings” tab. Click “Start Mail Merge” in the Start Mail Merge group and choose “Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard.” Choose “Labels” under Select Document Type and click “Next.”
