I like how easy it is to create forms and to fill out PDF forms. I also like the mobile app.
What do you dislike?
It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. Thus the online marketing material had to be accurate and up to-date. [pdfFiller made it easy for me to easy to update/edit my existing marketing materials.

Eliminating so much wasted paper
Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office
We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! And by refusing our waste we also reduced our shredding fees
I haven't found anything to dislike yet. So far it's been a very positive experience and no complaints.

It's good.
I needed an editing client after my brother's Kami client for online schooling went down and this let me cleanly and adequately edit and save documents to turn in. Highly recommend.

How do I merge fields in Word?
Click or tap where you want the merge field. Choose the down-arrow under Insert Merge Field, and select a field. If you don't see your field name in the list, choose Insert Merge Field. Choose Database Fields to see the list of fields that are in your data source. Choose Insert.

What does a merge field do?
Answer: A Merge Field is a field that you input into a document template that auto-fills value automatically when generating a document for a contact or client. For example, you have created a template that says Hi [clients first name].
When would you insert a merge field?
Click or tap where you want the merge field. Choose the down-arrow under Insert Merge Field, and select a field. If you don't see your field name in the list, choose Insert Merge Field. Choose Database Fields to see the list of fields that are in your data source. Choose Insert.
Why do we need to merge fields?
Using Merge Fields. When you are creating your main mail merge document, you use merge fields to indicate where Word should insert information it extracts from your data source. Once you have started the mail merge process (as described in the previous tip), you can easily insert the appropriate merge fields.

How do I format a mail merge field in Word?
Select the field, such as Amount, as shown in this example. Press [Alt] + F9 to reveal the field coding. Edit the field by simply inserting a numeric switch code to the end of the field. Press [Alt] + F9 again.
