I like the system is very powerful and I can do a lot more things with formulas and programming features. I need to study deep your app and you have excellent support. We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

I activated a trial period of pdf…
I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

What do you like best?
The ability to change/save PDF files, the online signatures, the ability to delete unwanted pages in a PDF.
What do you dislike?
The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying.
