At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

An easy and effective tool for PDF files in daily office work.
It's an amazing alternative of Adobe's pro version and I don't need any file to install on my system. I can do my work through this application on my web browser itself.
It is very easy to use. It helps to add notes to your PDF files easily. It also has the feature of importing files from a URL. After editing your pdf file you can directly send it to your email id.
Its inefficiency of uploading multiple files in one operation. Sometimes it become slow when uploading slightly large file irrespective of internet speed.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I used it for a marketing class, and it made the entire process seamless and straightforward. When I encountered a billing issue, the support team resolved it promptly—even during a holiday weekend! it is very easy to use, it has very clear tool box, however i haven't used it for very long. but this far i am completely satisfied. but i will always give 1 star left because i know there is always a room for improvisation
