Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

My overall experience with this app has been excellent!
So far it has been awesome! Easy to use, many options, and easy to work layout. This app does everything it promises.
I can not think of any drawbacks to this app I have not had any complications or complaints so far and I have been using for a while and quite often.

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.
