The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

simply the best online PDF document handling online. I have had zero problems with this program and will continue to use it over the other available options online.

Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I had to fill out a form, sign it electronically and e-mail it. At first, the form came up as a print copy. I was unable to fill it in online. Thanks to pdfFiller.com I was able to accomplish what I had to.

How do you format a transcript?
Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording. Bold each speaker label as you transcribe the recording.
