I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

A good product A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

Frequent User Overall I have had a good experience with PDFfiller. I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database. It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons). However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

For lessors, the standard recognizes three types of leases, which are covered in ASC 842-30: Operating leases. Sales-type leases. Direct financing leases.
If the lease meets any of the criteria, then it must be recorded as a finance lease. The five criteria relates to a bargain purchase option, transfer of ownership, net present value of lease payments, economic life, and whether the asset is specialized.
Under ASC 842, almost all leases must be represented on the balance sheet with a liability and an ROU asset. ASC 840 capital leases and ASC 842 finance leases are substantially the same. Both are capitalized on the balance sheet, and the method for doing so is similar under both standards.
The 90% rule is one of the criteria used to classify leases as operating or finance. If the present value of future lease payment is substantially all, or 90% of the fair value of the leased asset, then the lease is not an operating lease.
Leases are required to be classified as either finance leases (which transfer substantially all the risks and rewards of ownership, and give rise to asset and liability recognition by the lessee and a receivable by the lessor) and operating leases (which result in expense recognition by the lessee, with the asset
The two most common types of leases in accounting are operating and finance (or capital) leases. It is worth noting, however, that under IFRS, all leases are regarded as finance-type leases.
Lessees who report under US GAAP (ASC 842), follow a two-model approach for the classification of lessee leases as either finance or operating. For lessors, the classification categories for leases are sales-type, direct financing, or operating.
The lease model is an alternative to the financing of a construction project from your own capital. It is addressed in particular to small and medium-sized enterprises and private investors.
