I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

PDF filler allows me to make forms for use around the office that were once blank copies to fill in by hand where many mistakes were made. Have tried other PDF edit programs and they are clunky and not easy to use. The other programs are hard to find your documents after creation.

There are a couple of uses that are not at my price level that would be nice to pay just if you need that function for a one time use.

A great Program
Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.
