While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

Very good easy to use program
Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

How do I use conditional formatting in Google Docs?
On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
Select the cells you want to apply format rules to.
Click Format. Conditional formatting. A toolbar will open to the right.
Create a rule. Single color: Under “Format cells if,” choose the condition that you want to trigger the rule.
Click Done.
How do I apply conditional formatting in Google Sheets?
On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
Select the cells you want to format.
Tap Format. Conditional formatting.
Under the “Format cells if” drop-down menu, tap Custom formula.
Tap “Value or formula” and add the formula and rules.
Tap SAVE.
