pdfFiller is a useful PDF editor and e-signing tool pdfFiller is a very easy tool to use if you find yourself needing to sign or edit PDF documents, but don't want to spend a lot of money on more expensive software. I appreciate how easy pdfFiller makes it to electronically sign documents or edit and convert PDF files. The instructions are easy to follow and within minutes you can merge, split or sign documents without to much effort. All in all I can't complain about the software. There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

Step 1: Edit Legal Contracts Open your PDF legal contracts by clicking the “Open” button on the main window. Go to “Edit” tab directly, and you'll find there are many editing options. If you want to modify some texts, just click on the “Edit Text” button. You can choose “Line Mode” or “Paragraph Mode” to edit the texts.
If you are the owner of the digital certificate used to sign the document and the document wasn't locked when signed, you can open the Signatures' pane at the left and right-click on the signature to clear it. After that, if the PDF document is a form, you can clear or edit its fields.
Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the “Security Method' drop down, select: No Security. Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.
Under the "Actions" menu (in the right-hand column) click on the "Modify Agreement" option (you may need to click the "See X More" link to see this option). If this option is not available, you cannot modify the agreement.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Deleting an agreement Navigate to the Documents tab. Select the filter in the left rail that contains the agreement to be deleted. Select the individual agreement you want to delete to open the Actions list in the right rail. Select Delete from the Actions list.
You cannot remove the signer. The best work around if you do not want to redo the entire document process is to use the replace signer capability and use your email address and sign the third unnecessary party.
Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them.
