I'm going with the default you had. "Works exactly as expected. Smooth, responsive, and intuitive interface." That about sums it up. It was so obvious on how to edit text, increase it's size, move it around (great feature!), add checkmarks and Xs. All around just very good.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

The document needs to state the following: The name of the person who died. The date and location of the death. That 40 days have passed since the death. That probate has not been initiated. That the estate value does not exceed $166,250. A description of assets to transfer. Names of other successors.
Small Estates ($40,000 or Less) At the Piatchek Law Firm, our attorneys regularly handle probate estates of all sizes, including small estates. A normal probate administration in Missouri involves over $40,000 in net assets, so an estate with less than $40,000 is referred to as a “small estate.”
Virginia law says a small estate affidavit has to: Provide the name of the person who died and the date of the death. State that the value of the assets in the estate is less than $50,000. State that at least 60 days have passed since the death.
The form must include: The witnesses' names and addresses. Relationships to the decedent. Decedent's date of death. Decedent's marital history. Decedent's family history (children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, nieces/nephews)
Any heir or party or interests may file a small estate affidavit without an attorney if the estate is less than $15,000 and there is NO real property. Any heir or party or interest may request letters of refusal for a spouse, minor child(ren), or creditors without attorneys. IT IS SO ORDERED.
Under Missouri law, an affidavit of heirship can be used when a probate proceeding is not required to transfer title to the relevant heirs.
Small Estates: A copy of the death certificate, a filing fee of $360.00 must be received at the time of filing. Your application must also be filled out completely, including signed and notarized with two disinterested witnesses. The decedent must be deceased 30 days before the filing of a small estate.
In Missouri, a small estate affidavit is only available for estates with a total value of $40,000 or less, after accounting for any liens or other encumbrances. In addition the deceased must have died without leaving a spouse or minor children. Usually only a family member can complete a small estate affidavit.
In order to go through the standard probate process in Missouri, an estate must be worth $40,000 or more. Those valued under $40,000 may go through simplified probate to distribute the assets.
Hiring a lawyer to prepare a Small Estate Affidavit is not required, and many courts publish do-it-yourself SEA forms for use in a specific county.
