It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

I am not very computer literate although the system is simple enough to work with that I can do everything so far. I need to edit a scanned document and this is more challenging any help would be appreciated.

I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
