It is actually free helfpful without ads
It is actually free and I don't have to put in a card before, and there are no ads it feels illegal with all the other sites doing only 10% of what this one does and asks you to sign up for months

What do initials mean on a contract?
The initials, sometimes defined as an abbreviated signature, are a handwritten sign added to each page of a signed document, with the exception of the page containing the signature itself. Often located in the bottom right-hand corner, it is generally composed of the initials of the signatories.
Can you modify a contract after signing?
Once a contract is signed and put in place, there are limitations to modifications. You may only modify a contract when both parties are in agreement with the changes. Essentially, a modification creates a new contract between parties. If you wish to change a contract, you can only do so when the change is material.
Do both parties need to initial changes to a contract?
Any modifications that are made to a contract must be agreed upon by all of the involved parties, just as the initial contract needs to be agreed upon by all parties. Assuming that all parties are in agreement, then the modifications will be enforceable by law, just as the original contract itself would be.
Can you amend a document after it has been signed?
In short – yes it can! As a contract exists as a legally binding agreement between interested parties, it can be legally modified after being signed. But this happens only with the agreement of all the parties and by adding an extra section, called a 'rider'.
Can signed contracts be changed?
A signed contract is a legal document, so you will have to live with what you agree to. Generally, a contract cannot be changed or broken unless you and the other party both agree.
Can a contract be amended after signing?
This is because once a contract is signed, it's legally binding. Therefore, everyone involved in the contract must agree to any amendments you wish to make. And you'll need to check the changes you're making are clear and specific so everybody understands them, just like ordinary contract terms.
Do I have a right to change my mind after signing a contract?
The FTC's three day “cooling off” period allows consumers to void a contract they have signed within three business days without incurring any penalties.
How do you write initials for a contract?
The initials should be handwritten in ink; it can be in either print or cursive, or in the form of the first alphabet of your name, a half version of the signature or a quick and short scribble, or just a slight stroke of the hand with the writing instrument.
