I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

I must say "PDF filler" is the best…
I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use you can upload and send document for signatures.
It easy to edit and add information or make changes to any pdf documents.
What do you dislike?
No complaints very good software if any problems the PdfFiller team will send an email to fix it.

I wish after doing a merge
I wish after doing a merge, it would give me the option to save it only in the main documents page, rather than having to download it.
