The support with this company surpasses…
The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Great application for anyone that constantly has to have documents filled and e-signed! Would recommend it for anyone in an HR or customer service role in a business.

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

What is the correct way to notarize a document?
Step 1: Require Personal Appearance. Almost every state requires the signer to personally appear before you during the notarization.
Step 2: Check Over The Document.
Step 3: Carefully Identify The Signer.
Step 4: Record Your Journal Entry.
Step 5: Complete The Notarial Certificate.
Does a notarized document override a court document?
A notarized agreement, if authenticated, is evidence of each party's intent but will not be binding on or by the Court. In addition, if there is a breach of the agreement, without a Court Order, there is no mechanism from the Court to enforce same.
Can you alter a document after it has been notarized?
Any changes to a notarial certificate must always be made by the Notary who performed the original notarization. A certificate with more than one person's handwriting on it may cause suspicions of tampering. The imprint of the official seal of the Notary.
What if a notary makes a mistake?
The only way to fix a mistake is for the Notary and signer to meet again to complete a new certificate. Notaries are often asked to simply send a replacement certificate or make corrections to a faxed, photocopied or emailed copy of the original certificate.
Does have a document notarized make it legally binding?
A document that's notarized is a secure way to sign the contract, but the document will still be legally binding without being notarized. It's important to be careful how you word the document, as you'll need to include all essential terms.
What makes a notarized document invalid?
Illegible/ Expired Notary Seal: Stamp impressions that are too dark, too light, incomplete, smudged, or in any way unreadable may cause an otherwise acceptable document to be rejected for its intended use.
