What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

Great Program but.....
There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go.
Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising.
Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

What happens if a deed is not witnessed?
It is important to note that the consequences vary depending on what component is missing. For example, if a deed is not witnessed but everything else is in place, courts have held that the document would still have legal effect but not as a deed. As such it will lose, for example, the presumption of consideration.
Does a deed have to be witnessed to be valid?
States Requiring Witness Signatures While California does not require the signatures of any witnesses on a notarized property deed, a few states still do. Currently, real estate deeds must be witnessed if they are to be filed in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana or South Carolina.
Do deeds have to be notarized?
A deed must always be notarized and filed in the public records. It may also have to be witnessed. The person who will sign the deed (the person who is transferring the property) should take the deed to a notary public, who will watch the person sign the deed and will sign and stamp it.
