App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent. Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

What do you like best?
It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.
What do you dislike?
Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend attaining a subscription; I'm very pleased with this online program.

Great customer service and solid product. I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time. Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time. Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle. Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn. I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

Great product for online registration This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. Create a banner Click File > New and select Installed and Online Templates under Available Templates. Select the Banners category, then click the banner design that you want for example, Baby Congratulations. Under Customize and Options, select any options you want. Click Create.
Open the Excel worksheet in that you want to add a Header/Footer to and click on Insert tab. Then click on Header and Footer button in the Text section. It will shift from Normal to Page Layout view with a cell selected where you can add Header. Type whatever you want in the header section and click on any other cell.
Click the [Page Layout] tab > In the “Page Setup” group, click [Print Titles]. Under the [Sheet] tab, in the “Rows to repeat at top” field, click the spreadsheet icon. Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page. Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
To change the column headings to letters, select the File tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen and then click on Options at the bottom of the menu. When the Excel Options window appears, click on the Formulas option on the left. Then uncheck the option called “R1C1 reference style” and click on the OK button.
