I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

Gives my documents the professional look vs handwritten documents
Seems like there is 1 too many steps to saving a document and then viewing and saving to my desktop.

Excellent application, saves money as you don't have to buy additional software to edit PDFs.
Thank goodness for PDFfiller, when you need to fill out PDF forms. Adobe Acrobat forces you to buy additional software to edit PDFs, but with PDFfiller, you can do it for free! It's easy to use, as all you need to do it drag and drop your document, then download it onto your computer or email it to yourself.
I would be concerned about security, as this is an online application.

This is one handy app
This is one handy app! I'm constantly having to sign this or sign that but pdfFiller makes the process so simple and seamless. Gone are the days of printing my doc, signing it, and then scanning it back to HR at our corporate offices. pdfFiller has saved me a ton of time! I love it1
