Very good tool to add editable fields…
Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.

This has been a great tool for me
This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.

Can a minor be put on a deed?
Adding a child's name to a deed gives him or her an ownership interest in your home. As a result, you cannot sell the home or refinance your mortgage without your child's permission. Technically speaking, your child could even sell his or her share of the property without your consent.
Can a minor be on a deed?
First, while real property can be conveyed directly to a minor, property owned by a minor cannot be sold, mortgage or otherwise encumbered without the appointment of a guardian through the Clerk of Court's office in the county where the property is located.
Can a minor child own real property?
Adding Minor Children to the Title of a Real Property. Children who are minors (under the age of 18 in most states) can legally co-own real estate with their parents. Unfortunately, this act can complicate things if the parents want to sell the property while the children are still young.
How old do you have to be to have a house under your name?
Once the minor reaches 18, 21 or in some cases 25 years of age (it all depends on the circumstances of the transfer), the custodian is to convey the property to the minor. But as an adult she can deal with the property in her own name.

How do I put my daughter on my deed?
You can arrange to legally transfer the deed to your house to your children before you die. To do so, you sign a deed transfer and record it with the county recorder's office. There are a few types of deeds that accomplish this in California, including a quitclaim deed, grant deed and transfer on death deed.
