2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I like the program. I did pay for it, so I feel that I should be able to upload pictures to the file. Uploading images should be included in a basic membership. I still like the service.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
