Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Pretty easy to use but would like to have have help had to fig out a few things and so help menu or something would be great but it great for me business and plan to keep the service

Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

I could not believe the ease in completing my document.
The yearly membership cost is nominal when compared to the ease of use in filling out forms.

Basically does what I need
Basically does what I need. Could use better Help function. Example: I haven't figured out how to control the type font used nor how to match existing fonts in a document.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far

This application is HEAVEN SENT
This application is HEAVEN SENT. Way easier to navigate than Adobe in my opinion. I will definitely be recommending to others!
