I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

How do you create labels in access?
In the Navigation Pane, select the object that contains the data you want to display on your labels. This is usually a table, a linked table, or a query, but you can also select a form or report. On the Creation tab, in the Reports group, click Labels.

To do this, open your form in Design View. Select the Design tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click on the Label button in the Controls group. Then click on the form where you'd like the label appear and enter the text that you'd like to display in the label.
How do I change labels in access?
On the Design tab, in the Header/Footer group, click Title. When the label is created, the text in the label is selected for you so that if you want to change the text, you can just begin typing the title you want. Press ENTER when you have finished.
