When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Overall, pdfFiller is a great tool for managing digital documents. It is easy to use and allows me to quickly and accurately fill out documents. However, I think the cost of the service is a bit too expensive.

Service only needed once
I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge.
