Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

What do you like best? PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

Select your dining area. Select your party size, as well as the date and time you'd like to dine. To narrow your search, you can type in a location (region or neighborhood) or restaurant (this step is optional). Click Find a Table. Select the restaurant and time you want to dine, then click Complete Reservation.
Now you can list multiple restaurants in your OpenTable reservation widget on your website. If you have multiple locations or have a suite of restaurants in one location (like a hotel), use the multi-restaurant widget for a smooth booking experience.
Advance Booking Range. Often, the default number of days in advance that guests are able to reserve a table at a restaurant is set to 90. For resorts and destinations like Las Vegas or Hawaii, it makes sense to push that time range to six months or even a year.
OpenTable.com 2. Once you have logged in, click on “Hello!” and “My Profile” to open the list of reservations on your account. 3. You will then see the options to Modify or Cancel any of your upcoming reservations on the following page.
Select the restaurant and time you want to dine, then click Complete Reservation. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to sign in or continue making the reservation as a new OpenTable customer. Fill in your dining information (name, phone number, email address) and click Complete Reservation.
OpenTable may suspend your ability to use all or any element of the Services or may terminate this Agreement effective immediately, without notice or explanation.
From the confirmation page, click on the “Add Guest” button: Enter your guests email address. Once they accept your invitation, you will be notified.
Please sign in to OpenTable with your email address and password. Once you have logged in, click on “Hello!” and “My Profile” to open the list of reservations on your account. You will then see the options to Modify or Cancel any of your upcoming reservations on the following page.
