What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form. I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed. The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

Very helpful to be able to type into… Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. The filler was not completing all of… The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.
