I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

Error in my ways! I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. Select Sales then Invoices from the Toolbar. Find the invoice in the list of transactions. Select the drop-down in the ACTIONS column then choose: Print to print the invoice. Send to email the invoice to the customer. Send reminder to email an invoice reminder to your customer.
Launch QuickBooks and click on the “Customer” tab to open the Customer Information window. Click on the customer you want to edit. Select the “Attachment” icon from the menu bar. You can choose an option to attach from your computer, scanner, the Doc Center or you can drag the file directly into the Attachment window.
