What do you like best?
Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly
