At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.

I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
