Can u drive at 16 in Pakistan?
It was resolved to encompass otherwise a big number of unauthorized youth riders and drivers, on roads, eligibility age bar for obtaining driving license would be lowered from 18 to 16 years and this would require amendment in Motor Vehicle Ordinance accordingly.
What age can you drive in Pakistan?

Can learning license holder drive on Highway?
Hi, as the per the rules of learner's license, you must be accompanied by a person who has a valid permanent DL with an L sign on front and back of the vehicle. So if you follow both the rules, it should not be the problem, usually Police don't check for license on highways but don't overspend, drive safe.
