It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

The system works very well. While trying ot the product I had no issues at all. it is a very good product, just that after using it, my agency did not accept the forms.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! If Sam is an example of the company, which he is, then this is a 10 star company on a 4 star scale!

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.

I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer.
