At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

I subscribed to a trial of this… I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form. I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed. The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

Great PDF Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed. There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.
