I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.
