What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!

How do you unlock a signed PDF?
Open the PDF that is attached in the Signed & Filed email.
Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page.
Click the link labeled: 'Permission Details. '
In the “Security Method' drop down, select: 'No Security. '
Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.
How do I unlock a PDF for editing?
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page.
Select your PDF file.
Click Open.
Enter the user password.
Click UNLOCK.
Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
How can I edit a locked PDF file?
Open the Secured PDF. Launch PDF element on your computer.
Edit Protected PDF. Click the “Edit” > “Edit Text or Image” button, then you can start to edit the content or insert new text and change font size, color, and more.
