First, open the Google Play Store. Click on menu, then go to “Subscriptions”. Choose the Scanner App: PDF Document Scan subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the “Cancel Subscription” option. Finish up as directed.
First, open the settings app and tap on your name. Then, tap on the “Subscriptions” tab. Next, tap on your Apple ID. Next, tap on My Scans the best PDF Scanner App (subscription) you want to review. Now, Tap on Cancel.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top. Select View Apple ID. Scroll down and tap Subscriptions. Select Documents. Here, you can see the status of your subscription. To unsubscribe, tap Cancel Subscription.

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

A great Program Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.

Great Customer Service Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!
