I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. But I will highly recommend the program to anyone I might know who regularly is faced with filing long or complicated tax forms.

What do you like best?
Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.

Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.

Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.
