Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

What do you like best? The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study. What do you dislike? Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it. What benefits have you realized? The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service.
