This software is awesome, I love that you can take any PDF and alter it. It is easy to use and comes in handy.
I wish this software was more set up like Word, as in the features and where things are located. Some of the features are hard to find.

Editing pdfs without the need to convert them
What i like the most about this software is the fact that when i have to edit a pdf wher i lost my source document i dont have to convert it in order to edit it, i can just simply use pdf filler editing functions and that's it.
Took some getting used to as it, also in some cases is complicated to get the text in the place i selected to put it

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I can't say enough about PDFFiller! Complete professionalism, confidentiality, and customer oriented. Try **********************! You will not be disappointed!

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
