Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.

It was easy to use and I was able to print without watermarks. It also saves my work virtually and I can resume anytime. The additional features it had was really useful to share files and even notarize.

I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.
