I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The stars did not appear on this survey, so nothing is marked; however, this was and still is a great service, and is very much needed as it is a very helpful tool in filling out forms that do allow computer input. :-)

I couldn't print directly so I followed instructions for converting document into PDF file on my computer - smooth sailing after that. I like the paper trail of all activities with forms - very helpful to review My Account and see what I have done.

Everything has been great, with the exception that it takes a while to open up the documents on mybox. There should be a feature for ''QUICKVIEW" of the document you want to open.

Free not so Free
Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.
What do you dislike?
Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.

Thanks for the one-time use
You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.

Can you put a password protect on a PDF?
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password 6. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require A Password To Open The Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
What does it mean to encrypt a PDF?
Encrypting a PDF document protects its content from unauthorized access. Confidential PDF documents can be encrypted and protected with a password. Only people who know the password will be able to decrypt, open and view those documents.
