How can you get the custom adding features you need without paying an arm and a leg?

pdfFiller now enables you to custom and your email transactions so that when you share your documents or request signatures, you can maintain your company’s adding and styling consistency.

To get started, look for the Custom Branding button on your ‘My Account’ page. When you click on it, you will see the personalized outbound email template. This gives you options to upload your company logo along with signature information and contact details. Once you have finished filling out the template, hit Done. You also have the option to send a test email, so you can see how your future email communications will look.

Using pdfFiller, you can add customize emails and communication with logos, videos and unique messages to clients. What do you like best?
I love that I don't need to hurt my brain trying to learn how to complete a simple task on PDFfiller. Everything is right where I need it and very easy to use. All the functions I need are right at the top and do exactly what I would expect. I like that it is web based and that I can access save documents anywhere if I am not at my computer.
What do you dislike?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. I did some research before using this program and it fit my needs better than anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for anyone who does not have access to a employer issued PDF document editor. It has all the functions of their competitors however I find it much easier to use and navigate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have access to document signing software through my employer. So now I am able to create fillable PDFs, Sign and Date documents without having to print out and scan into my email. It makes tasks quick and easy.

Make your life easier and less stressful - fill out word docs/PDFs without stressing out about scanning or printing. pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

Add a font Download the font files. If the font files are zipped, unzip them by right-clicking the .zip folder and then clicking Extract. Right-click the fonts you want, and click . Note: Go to Settings > Branding and emails > and you will see a logo. Click Change logo. You can drag and drop a photo or upload one from your computer, you can also import from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box or OneDrive. Once the image has been processed, this image will now show up for your PandaDoc account and in emails.
Open the Content > Fieldstab. Drag the Signature field to the relevant place in the PDF. Double-click on your new field and follow the on-screen prompts to sign the PDF with your digital signature.
Your profile image will be visible to recipients of emails sent from PandaDoc on your behalf. This image cannot be deleted, but you can always update it. To update your email address, first select Change email next to your email address, then select Send instructions.
To add new fonts: In the toolbar, open the Font menu and click More fonts at the top. This will open a new window with hundreds of available fonts. Optional: Use the search and filtering options at the top of the window to narrow your search. Click a font to add it. When you're done adding fonts, click OK. You can change the font, font colors, and background of any of the blocks within the Header or the Footer. Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, Monospace, and Times New Roman are the fonts already inside of PandaDoc by default. If your brand uses other fonts, it's simple to import them using the Google Font import URL. Add custom font Go to Design. Click on the font options dropdown, then select +Add custom font. Next, go to Google Fonts, find the font you'd like to add, then choose “Select this style.” Unfold the “Family selected” tab and copy the import URL. Paste this URL into PandaDoc and click Add font.
