The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I couldn't seem to find any document editors that were actually worth using, until i came across PDF FIler! This website seriously helps you find, and even file any document you may need in every aspect of your busy busy life! Instead of going to the local courthouse I simply log-in and search for the document in their huge PDF library they have everything from Affadavits- Tax documents they are probably the one and only website that lets you file your taxes right away and will even let you send documents for esignatures as an added bonus! I recommend this website to anyone in the business, law, or accounting, business it is the best!!!

We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

How do you organize and tag photos?
Name the folders and save them to a special place on your computer's hard drive. Add keywords and tags (or titles and descriptions) that describe what's in the photo. Use the face recognition feature in photo software. Assign a location via GPS or manually in a photo library.

How do you organize documents?
Always arrange / place the documents / certificates with the latest ones first and the oldest one in the last. Similarly, while writing a resume / profile, you always need to start with your latest one and go down to the older ones.

Step 1: Measure your folder. The tab cutout on standard Manila file folders measures 4" x 1.25”. Step 2: Choose your material.
