I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... Very efficient, neat. Legible than handwriting. The only down part is it cost money. Hope this could be free for everyone, and every is informed that this is an option. It would benefit the judicial system to see legible and clear filled up forms by both respondent and petitioners.

I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company

Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

How do you get DTC approval for a plot?
The owner has to submit an application to the local body with all the necessary documents. After paying the applicable fee, the layout plan will get approved, if there are no changes required,

You can visit https://www.tn.gov.in/tcp/landuse.html this URL to check the DTC approval. This URL will lead you to a list that will show you the approvals' year wise. You can check if the land you are opting for is DTC approved or not from here.
What is the meaning of DTC approved Plots?
DTC means Directorate of Town & Country Planning. Except in Chennai metropolitan area where CODA is approving the layouts of housing, institutional & industrial layouts beyond 1 hectare extents all other places in Tamil Nadu DTC is the authority to approve such developments.

What are the documents required for DTC approval?
Original atlas of the land under question duly signed by the competent authority from the Assistant Director of Land Records of the jurisdiction, showing the dimensions in meters with scale and exact position of any Arab and boundary of the land proposed for approval of layout plan.
How do I get building DTC approval?
For School Buildings, permission by DTC can be accorded for Construction of building with G+3 Floors subject to the fulfillment of Justice Sam path Committee recommendations. However, for any approval granted by DTC, Open Space reservation of 10% of the total land area proposed to be developed should be provided.
