4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

What do you like best?
Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

What do you like best?
The program is very quick and easy to use. Uploads your documents very fast. You can type or alternate any pdf or word file. It saves it in no time. You can go back and look at any file you have uploaded. Everything is saved. I also love the fact I can use it on my phone as well through the app. It is extremely convenient. I can fill out new vendors forms very quick which saves me time.

Great product to add a professional look to your completed documents
Adds a quality appearance to my work.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

PDF Filler service and support!
The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

How do you cite using footnotes?
Using footnotes for citations This means that if you want to cite a source, you add a superscript number at the end of the sentence that includes the information from this source. This number corresponds to a footnote or end note citation, where you include information such as the author, title of work, date, etc.
Can you use in text citations and footnotes?
Footnotes. Their purpose is the same as parenthetical citations in that footnotes are used anytime a direct line of text or paraphrase is added into a research project. They're also included anytime the writer wants to direct the reader to a source that might be briefly mentioned in the research paper.
Do you need in text citations if you have footnotes?
Using footnotes for citations Citation styles such as Chicago A, OSCEOLA, Arabian and ACS require the use of footnote citations instead of author-date in-text citations. This means that if you want to cite a source, you add a superscript number at the end of the sentence that includes the information from this source.
Can you use footnotes and in text citations in the same paper?
Yes, it is permissible, but not common. Usually, as Bunny Paine-Clemes notes in her comment, MLA will only use the footnote when you want to provide additional discussion or commentary, and prefer the in-text citation for all other notations.
