I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

good product. but pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. hope to get it resolved soon. or will cancel fully.

I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

Nice to have
It's good to know that you can use something like this to fill out your documents. You can add and fill out any document you want.
It can be confusing when you are using it. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

I like how easy it is to edit a pdf and change what you want or add what you want to it
I find it difficult to see how big or small the font is until I print it

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Go to Invoices > Overview. Click New Invoice and pick your client. Select Create a blank invoice, then click Next Step. You'll see a blank invoice. You can add a subject line, specify a due date, add taxes, re-order your invoice's line items, and more. Click Save Invoice.
