An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

How do you use relative position?
In position: relative, the element is positioned relative to itself. However, an absolutely positioned element is relative to its parent. An element with position: absolute is removed from the normal document flow. It is positioned automatically to the starting point (top-left corner) of its parent element.

If you specify position:relative, then you can use top or bottom, and left or right to move the element relative to where it would normally occur in the document. Position Absolute: When you specify position:absolute, the element is removed from the document and placed exactly where you tell it to go.
