I have used other PDF form fillers, but this is definitely nicer and easier to use. I am jumping through the VA hoops to try to get a pension for my brother. PDF filler just made it so much easier. PDF Filler customer service is like it used to be when businesses actually cared if you did business with them, their 24 hour support guys are incredible, unfortunately I am always in such a hurry when I talk to them I X out the opportunity to give them a 5 star Kudos..."Thank you for hiring an amazing group of people which do a great job representing the integrity of your program, you have earned a customer for life", that's what I would say if I could slow down for a few minutes!

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

What do you like best?
I love that I don't need to hurt my brain trying to learn how to complete a simple task on PDFfiller. Everything is right where I need it and very easy to use. All the functions I need are right at the top and do exactly what I would expect. I like that it is web based and that I can access save documents anywhere if I am not at my computer.

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike. I did some research before using this program and it fit my needs better than anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for anyone who does not have access to a employer issued PDF document editor. It has all the functions of their competitors however I find it much easier to use and navigate.

I don't have access to document signing software through my employer. So now I am able to create fillable PDFs, Sign and Date documents without having to print out and scan into my email. It makes tasks quick and easy.

integrity
I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the middle of a crisis, I signed up for this product, which I ultimately did not need, but apparently failed to cancel. They immediately refunded the annual fee without a hassle when I requested it. I so appreciate it.
